Staged development and deliveries

The project is developed in various milestones.  The functionality is developed and delivered in stages/ milestones thus ensuring that the risks are identified at the earlier stage and further counter measures can be implemented in a better way. This in turn reduces the possibility of estimation errors and enhances the project visibility by getting regular feedbacks.

Weekly Status Reports

After the end of every week, we send a Status Report to our clients telling them about:

• The stipulated delivery plan for the last week
• The actual delivery plan performed in the last week
• The activities planned for the coming week

Any issues (if any), changes to the schedule, Overall Project Status etc. can also be stated in the Weekly Report so as to increase the Project transparency.
