Register a Claim

To register an order claim with PrintPromise, Inc. please fill out the information requested below. After we review your file, one of our representatives will contact you regarding your claim. Please note that all claims must be registered within 24 hours of receipt of your order to be considered for a rerun or refund. Before registering a claim, please review our policies section to make sure you understand PrintPromise, Inc.'s policies regarding refunds and reprints.
